Just for Madge is preferred chilled as it displays a dry crisp Chablis style. The wine has a lovely upper palate structure that yields delicate fruit flavours typical of a cool climate red shiraz. The finish is long, clean and savoury.
It absolutely “sparkles” in the glass.
