Elegance Shiraz 2018 750ml

Elegance is our top wine and only made in exceptional years. Our pick of the three top barrels go into Elegance. Usually, our harvest is of three tonnes and the wine made is matured in new Saint Martin French oak for two years or more before being tasted and appraised by three wine makers. Every palate is different and our winemakers aim to select only three barrels that have lovely pepper, spice or savoury characters that when blended will create an exceptional shiraz wine. It is the “Best of the Best”.
